Our company, JM Telecom Co., Ltd. established a field corporation in Slovakia and invested in it.
1. Name of foreign corporation: JMT SK S, R, o (Slovakia)
2. Date of establishment of foreign corporation: June 30th, 2007
3. Size of investment: Expecting about 120 hundred million won from the second half of
2007 to 2009
4. Aim of establishment and investment:
To expand the European market of LCD module, which is managed by JM Telecom Co., Ltd. and Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., which is our major business acquaintance in Slovakia, we need to capture the field supply and market. It will be a strategic base for capturing the European market, which contains 50% of the world TV market, and it will play a primary role in entering the American market.
5. Progress for future
The line will be operated from February of 2008. We expect to earn 550 hundred million
won in 2008 and 1,700 hundred million won in 2011
